“I want to break the normal standards set by fashion and society – we are bombarded with images of flawless, size 8 women and made to believe that if we do not look like that, we are flawed. Your flaws are not “flaws” at all; they are the things that make you unique and make you who you are. Everyone is different, there is nothing wrong with having a squishy stomach or a wobbly bum; and there is nothing wrong with expressing yourself through your style. We need to start seeing more variety of women in fashion, in magazines and in the media, we need to see more “normal” girls and more women of different shapes and sizes being hailed as beautiful and sexy; because they are. We all are in our own right.”
