Oggi il fotografo Craig Stuart Eisenberg ci mostra “Reno” su ArtAbout, con la sua interessante descrizione:
This series came from a trip I took to Reno Nevada on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of 9/11 I wanted to escape from LA, my friends and family, and of course the media.
Reno enjoys none of the fame or success of Las Vegas. But there is a certain beauty in its bold desire for gold. Like Las Vegas, Reno shines its bright light on man’s most destructive desire: greed. That desire built these casinos, these cities, and arguably these United States of America. It’s hard not to see a connection between the El Dorado casino and the World Trade Center.
But I feel I can spend hours trying to explain this series, when it is best to let you decide what you see.
